At Feral Pizza

We’re inspired by pizza in parts of the Northeast, our pies are baked longer for a darker crust & crisp. We believe that the dough is what makes a pizzeria’s pizza unique and flavorful, so our batches of dough are made using our 10 year old sourdough starter; that is then cold fermented for 36-48 hours. We scratch-make as much as possible in small batches for quality and to minimize food waste….from the dough, pizza sauce, Italian sausage, hot honey, ranch, baked goods, etc.

Feral Pizza is solely run by a wife/husband team inside of a tiny pizzeria {16’ trailer}, located in the side yard of Duval Market in the North Loop neighborhood of Austin, TX.
